After some month in SOM, what’s your point about the removal of world buff ?
I saw lot of people complaining about them, but does the open world feel healthy ? Is raiding fun ? What about server drama ?

World buffs would’ve actually been better on SoM than regular classic lol.
Especially with how short SoM is.
Would not play another Wbuff meta, F this BS.

It’s also kind of funny now in era.
Since those doing era are perhaps more of a sober/mature mentality and since we have the chronoboon…we basically only pop wb’s rarely.
On our raids we just pop them on Patch, Loatheb and Sapph. Perhaps even less when we are stronger geared.
This means that every week only eats a couple of minutes of the wb’s duration, which in turn puts the whole collecting-new-buffs-activity on a slower cadence than before.
Yes, the game is actually challenging. There is no toxic environment potential if someone wipes you and in general feels super healthy!
No to mention that the delusional elitists and classists are a rarer breed too this time around, even more healthy!

Well it’s dumb. Does anyone even go to Felwood anymore? How is ZG island going to look when ZG is out? They killed all these community aspects of the game by deleting world buffs. It’s also fun to do a lot of damage and clear raids quickly. Fun things = fun. Go to retail and do some mythic crap raids if you want MuH cHaLeLngInG coNtEnT!! Whatever, SoM has so many other problems that it doesn’t even matter. Plaguebloom is 5 silver a piece of the AH btw. Thanks devs.

Yep.
The impact of World Buffs was entirely unintentional. They inflated the appendages of Warriors and Rogues, casters and Hunters did not gain much benefit.
Yes it’s way better without world buff
world buffs are not neccessary at all it seems. Open world is alive. But the raids are too hard cause blizz change them and made them harder… and the mechanics are boring u just need more consumes and gold and boss creatures have more hp
instead they should bring fun mechanics

World buffs super important. Blizzsoft should have never removed.
Dont know why but to me… SoM looks like vanilla much more than classic did.
