Moving Taste for Blood into hands slot would fix it

Warrior: Move Taste for Blood to Hands

Entire arms spec is killed because of rune slots replaced for fury: Endless Rage moved to Head Slot. It should be Single Minded Fury moved to head slot instead. Right now the only thing to make arms viable both in pve and pvp is to move Taste For Blood into hands spec. (nobody uses quick strike anyways) Consider that please, it’s a simple change that will literally make arms viable.
