how can i get a refund guys?
Since they restricted it, i tried to play but i realized im not enjoying the game anymore because of that stupid rule so i stopped playing and when i first buy the game, i was using AH etc. After 10 days they made it. Anyone know how can i get a refund?

You can open a ticket.
It’s too late they already screwed up. Phase completely ruined for new players. They would need to give me like two weeks free game time on top of fixing this for me to stay now.

Talking for real, blizz never had a goal to get rid of botting. They have 2 real goals, show players that they are “fighting bots” and make bots pay more (2 sub instead of 1). They can’t even insta detect FLYHACK in stockades on server side, flyhack in online game.

100%, this is what happened, someone forgot about normal players. And to those caught by this, Blizzard just say tough luck, you have to put up with it.
Not only that but those it shouldn’t affect have been affected too.

I have the same issue, and the support team is totally garbage. I sent 2 tickets both said they cant do anything and it was bot, not even real person…

all locations still hundreds of bots…there are still bots even in stockade … Bot owners made thousands of gold in stockade from launch … what war against bots blizzard talking abot ?? ??? there are even no gm’s online.No support at all.

It’s a little inconvenient for the first days but you should instead see the greater good that this does. Blizzard has finally a solution to combat bots! They have certainly no chance to circumvate THAT.
It’s a very small price to pay*.
*(onetime payment of ~12€/month for a new player to experience a trial version)
