I want to play this game with my friends, and while The Alliance can join together because of their instant ques (I even see a 40men premade in AV twice) , I cannot play with my friends in Alterac Valley. Any plan to fix this or is it gonna be like this forever?

Probably going to be like this forever. If you want to play organized pvp, you should have gone alliance anyways.
