That will give you a forum vacation for a while. 
If you can’t win the discussion you start to insult ppl.
If you drop to 1400 right after and youre hardstuck at that rating for the rest of the season; it means youre capped at 1400. Starting point doesn’t matter in that regard, since youve never belonged at 1500 in the first place.
So that’s basically random BGs/skirmish arena.
This isn’t how ppls mind works (eventho i wish it would). Wow is designed around BF Skinner esque models that conditions ppl to play around rewards.
You’re thinking from a perspective of what an ideal situation for you would look like. To get to that ideal situation we need to redesign the entire (pvp) game industry and change the way most younger ppl think.
How can you expect ppl that are used to instant rated pvp in other games…to go back to a situation where they have to schedule their rated pvp in a raid like manner?
Is it weird that ppl want to pvp…when they have time for it and not when their RBG lead tells them to, once or twice a week from 20.30 till 23.00.
While in other games i can just logg in at 8.00 in the morning and play good rated pvp within 2-3 mins after queueing up.
