that is actually very good improvement from blizz for while

next they need do something to make coordinated setup formats more reachable for people than lfg or improve the lfg somehow :man_shrugging:

good start would be allow create group with it while on que for ss if they cant come up with nothing else!

good start would be stop forgetting to add the MMR inflation in other brackets so people aren’t hitting MMR cap in solo shuffle 4 weeks in while a couple hundred ppl manage to hit 2400 2 months into the season in 3v3 and even less in 2v2

as for LFG i think it would be great if they had something like an in-game bulletin board where you can post your “group” and what you are looking for with a way for people to read it and respond / request to add even while you are offline, and then yeah as you said let people sit in LFG while they’re playing other activities

yea deepdamp suggested that, its alot better than the in-game lfg that u have to keep open and logged in game

even tho lfg is still better than the first team format its still annoying as hell to put hours in logged in game just doing nothing

yea i had few of those from vanil but they have quit wow through years cause some bad expansions

actually did 3 weeks sail 2020 with one guy and his friends i met around vanil and played priva server after

1700km fin - ĂĽland - swe - gotland - estonia - fin

3 week on boat with ppl that only met from wow, had a good exp we still keep contact but no one plays wow

But like why, why everything should be available for everybody? Why everything should be effortless? Obviously there is lot of problems in current LFG system, still for example glad is easily achievable in slightly inflated seasons for lfg people. Atleast i did it as dps and without any exp.

Before some1 argues “its just a game, not real life bla bla” why people who put more hours, more practice should not get rewarded even tho its just a game? There is many things which would bring more action to every bracket.

Can’t agree, ss is not reflecting your skill at all

Playing same comp for 10 years is skill yes but adapting to different comps not skill.

Bc I have a lot to do outside of wow. I have holidays for like 3-4 weeks a year, and that’s it. During my time, when I play, especially right now, I don’t wanna go through LFG. Outside of my holidays I almost haven’t even bothered at all to play wow pvp, just due to the time it would take me, until I would even get to play. I would like to see a glad mount in solo shuffle, so I can work towards it, because it’s more fun like this imo. It’s irrelevant, if I can get it. It’s just a motivation. Also: I love the comp variety in solo shuffle. Every game is different.

You seem to be the definition of a casual, just accept that there are rewards in this game that you will never get.

This is an MMO and getting the “highest” tier of rewards in any content will require massive time investment by design. Prestige rewards like the Glad mount are supposed to only be achievable by a very small percentage of players. Besides, you can already earn every single general PvP reward besides the Mount from Shuffle, plus additional titles:

  • Elite Set
  • Illusion
  • Tabard
  • Elite Weapons
  • Legend title
  • Crimson Legend title

I don’t see how this isn’t enough “motivation” and you also need the highest form of 3v3 rewards.

They should link 3v3/2v2 inflation to shuffle inflation - atm everything is just far easier to get from SS - and I cant be bothered to wait forever in the queue …

No. SS is a complete clown fiesta. The amount of pepegas that have gtten free rating in there is insane.

Do you know what is nice about SS? One can play 3s arena with any class/specc. FOTM classes will dominate the rankings in SS as they do in 3s, but the rankings are per specc! That is a cool thing, and allows players that don’t want or have the time to reroll, to also participate and be rewarded (SS should have more rewards).

I have no friends and I don’t play healer (mostly), what other options are there? 3v3 lfg is dead, at night when I mostly play it’s even more dead.
The specs I want to play are not suitable for 2s either. So to me only two options are left, playing wizard in shuffle or playing uninstall wizard.
I will never be good enough to reach some 0.5% for the R1 be it in shuffle or anywhere else. Elite in shuffle ends up too abruptly. There is nothing beyond that. There is no real achievement that you can grind through the entire season and finally manage to get it in the end. like the glad mount is.
So why is it a bad thing to give shufflers some content they can work towards to?
And no, legend title is cringe and not a content.
