the mount speed is in SL , but the speed works outside of SL.

it should, It’s just normal speed stats.
Azjol-Nerub still isn’t completely wallproof. 
I blinked with my Mage near the previously reliable glithchway without minding the char’s position, and to my surprise I blinked through the texture.
If this is common knowledge I apologize, but with MoP mount farming being popular there is a little trick to get to Nalak a bit faster:
Go to where the Raid Finder NPCs are in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and then queue for a Throne of Thunder raid wing. Once inside, use the Kirin Tor/Sunreaver Beacon and you will end up on the Isle of Thunder. Once on the Isle you can safely leave the LFR wing and make your way there.
