When will the pre patch get released more or less?
Will we be able to make draenei and belf on pre patch?
Will we be able to make both horde and alliance ?
I actually wanna do a belf for my 2007 nostalgia and a draenei because I have never played one

That won’t happen. Anniversary is already massively different from 2004 and is much less true to the original than 2019 was.
They removed that restriction in WotLK originally and they removed it in Classic WotLK in 2019 Classic relaunch. I wouldn’t keep my hopes high, that they would change this particular aspect in TBC. Although I, personally, see nothing wrong with it, especially with current relaunch with a single PvP server, so hopefully you’ll be able to play both factions earlier.

Pretty sure you can’t. That would kind of kill the first-to-60 competition for those races. But maybe lift that restriction after - say - 3 months would be fine.
My thoughts exactly. Back when original tbc released is when I started playing wow and I made a belf mage. I wanna do the same char again for the nostalgia trip but also see the game from Draenei alliance which I have never did in the old expansions
