Note: Do not lengthen the ponytails, just add some strands of hair in the middle where the tentacle is missing. A lot of people (including me) love them with their short length, they look very cute.
SUGGESTION: Add a toggle for ‘‘Hair Strands’’ which can be enabled for those who want the tentacles replaced by hair, and disabled for those who want them to remain exactly as they are now without tentacles.

I actually like these hairstyles like this. This was the Hairstyle i ended up going for. It doesnt look off to me, looks unique and nice in my opinion.
I especially like how short the ponytail looks without the tentacles, its so cute!
I’m pretty sure it’s just the implementation phase, ptr, still on works, they will eventually fix it, by putting actual normal hair or maybe even (hopefully) braid options.

Oh well different tastes i guess. The hairstyles look fine to me. Only the pony tail looks a bit off, but still could work. I know some people who really loved the way the ponytail turned out. In my opinion its better and cuter than the Blood elf ponytail.
Wether they change it or not, i will be happy either way.

Maybe we could get a toggle to lengthen the parts of hair where the tentacles are missing, then it will be an option so peeps can choose between as it is now and replacing the tendrils with hair, just for a few hairstyles that need it not for all
I really like them like this, these hair styles are much better than I thought! I’m race changing when this patch comes out!

I noticed that too, I hope like you that Blizzard will add hair to fill in the places where the tentacles were.
We have the impression, on some hairstyles, that the hair is floating in the air.

I suppose that is proof enough that Void Elves are not supposed to come tentacle-less. Neither are they meant to be blonde, but… that’s a separate topic.
I don’t know what your talking about. The tentacle-less hair looks fine to me and many others. It’s a bit shorter but looks more unique. I’m gonna use one of them.
Yes they are. Alleria is a blonde Void elf. Don’t say she isn’t, I already provided the countless of proof and lore on Discord.

You forgot the address the facts that she is fair-skinned and blonde, and therefore cannot possibly be a real void elf.
According to Blizzard, it does. Sorry it doesn’t fit your gothy agenda of a Void elf race.
Void elf range from fully corrupted blue skins (due to an accident) to natural skinned void elves (simply costuming and learning the void). They are diverse, as our two racial leaders show (Alleria and Umbric)

I mean, I understand you might not be fond of them getting ‘‘high elf looks’’ (although I prefer to call them ‘‘ordinary elf looks and not smurf only looks’’) but a LOT of people wanted them. Some people wished for light hair colours regardless of how you will call it.
Also the tentacles were a very niche addition from the beginning and should have been with a Toggle option to start with to be honest. They should’ve seen it coming that not everyone would want tentacles constantly sprouting out of their head.
