Tbh, arenas should be balanced around 2v2s. Or rather be a bit more balanced towards 2s, because if you balance towards both brackets, you will see less nonsense in both. E.g. you won’t be able to stack a theoretical double-OP comp, because there would be no OP comp in 2s to begin with. I’ve gone pretty in-depth on why and what the impact of moving away from 2s was in the letter, so before you ask, feel free to refer the section that addresses it.
