Shatter combo works the exact way the EM/CL/ES combo does, was also a thing in vanilla.
What is EM/CL/ES?
Elemental Mastery (100% crit on next cast) Chain Lightning and Earth Shock which is our highest damage combo. This combo and Shatter works in the same way by taking advantage of the batching letting Elemental Mastery give 2 crits instead of 1.
