I think the WSG trinket and AV ring were supposed to be available in in p3. We’re in p4 and the items still aren’t in?

Spell penetration was added in patch 1.9 so that will be patch 5.

Will it even be needed for PvE? I understand the PvP use, but I wonder whether AQ and Naxx bosses will have 165 or how ever much fire and shadow res like they did on some private servers…
Of course it will, just look at the current bosses we have in MC for example hitting Lucifron with a shadow spell is neigh impossible and when it does hit it’s usually massively reduced damage.
