I don’t know about that. I think that if Sylvanas is willing to burn Thunder Bluff to get to Baine then his presence in the city is irrelevant.
Baine is in Thunder Bluff by the time of the heritage armor quest. As far as I know, to do the heritage armor quest, you have to free him first. Ergo, he’s a “criminal” in Thunder Bluff and acts very openly. This cinematic confirms that he went there afterwards too. And you can call Thrall a fool all you want, but his words about what Sylvanas will do are spoken with conviction, and they suggest that Sylvanas must see the Horde as traitors - for standing with Baine. And Sylvanas’ former actions suggest that this is exactly something she would do.
I think that if all the conjecture stops the thread can stop being about Sylvanas and Horde politics and at some point go back to discussing the contents of the patch.
Whatever the case.
Baine is an open and known traitor. But now he’s chilling openly in Thunderbluff. The city as a whole supports him even if some individuals may not.
Make of that what you will.
So when is the majority of Horde Orgrimmar RP gonna move to Thunderbluff for their rebel RP?
No idea, can’t wait.

That’s my question aswell. How will the RP community go with this situation. With that and some other things, I don’t know what to do with my Orc in this situation.
Sorry, I actually meant to say
Sylvanas must see the Tauren of Thunder Bluff as traitors - for standing with Baine.
Then again, I’m not of the opinion that the Horde and Sylvanas’ “Horde” is the same thing.
Exactly. You can’t twist and turn this.
Be a good, true, honourable orc and stand with your warchief.
It gets slightly easier when you learn that the distance you jump is affected by your camera angle - the closer to the ground, the shorter you jump.
If Blizzard had mentioned this it would’ve been helpful…
Thunderbluff confirmed rebel base.
When do we get our X-Wings Blizzard?
Moving on. I’m still just going to wait for .5 tbh. Bug fixes and removal of time gates more or less by then. Also wuggun update.
I’m hoping the rebels start actively roleplaying in Thunder Bluff myself. Makes more sense than seeing all the /yell “Down with the Banshee!” in the middle of Orgrimmar.
Also, if you backpedal into the jump thing, you can easily reach the jellyfish on the lefthand side.
I actually agree.
Might see the city turn into a roleplay hub of its own. If the city can harbour Baine (seemingly) then it seems it can probably be a safe haven for fellow traitors so long as people aren’t dumb about it.
I already know his stance. It’s more moving towards the rebellion side, but is different from likes of Saurfang, and twisted. Also we have Nazjatar threat, so… It’s long story and complicated, with many factors… So i don’t know what to do.
Anyway i don’t wish to derail the thread about my char.
Aye, would be much better. And i am thinking how the division will be portrayed in the RP community, loyalists of org, vs the rebels of Thunderbluff…
That cutscene made Mulgore & Thunder Bluff look even more beautiful than I knew they were.
I know I’m supposed to be nostalgic about seeing Jaina and Thrall buddying up again, but to be honest it just makes me feel more frustrated with the story. This faction war expansion is everything but.
Also top marks for Thrall for mentioning Cairne.
Choose your own Orgrimmar experience from these 4 choices, you must pick one!
- Public Rebel rp in Valley of honor that also cant be killed or imprisoned.
- Kor’kron Garrosh loyalists(still) who challenges everything that moves to Mak’gora for simply existing.
- Gurubashi, Amani and Drakkari troll rpers in Orgrimmar, publically as those tribes.
- Humans, Centaurs, Nerubians, Naga etc that public rp in Orgrimmar and has “swore blood oath so its ok”
“You’ll have to kill me to silence me!”
((I don’t accept character death))
