[SPOILERS] Patch 8.2.5 spoilers

That? That was a symbolic change of heart, not a pardon.

The idea of RPing in Org with people you routinely fight IC because of Anduin & the Alliance being an afterthought is jarring af. Don’t think I could do it.

Onslaught, we might have some big business soon.

For real though, as expected:

  • Sylvanas became the villain. Obvious.
  • Horde & Alliance are all buddy palls now right after Horde burnt Teldrassil & Alliance slew Rastakhan. (Acts =/= consequences)

I told you, there was nothing to hype. It’s just garbage.

How unsurprising.

But this is female Thrall we’re talking about. So yeah, she gets a out of jail card too.

So not only do the Horde get a fully rendered cinematic, they also get a third cinematic; actually one for the loyalists and one for the rebels, so actually a fourth cinematic too.

Do Alliance get to see any of that? Like, if we take a backseat in this whole stinking mess of a war campaign, can we at least get filled in?

Won’t be Geya’rah be meeting Thrall for the first time? Gunna be weird.

made me cackle more than it should have

lmao

“Q-quick, let me say something that renders me safe after what I hypocritically said last time about Sylvanas!”

The 2 main cinematics are not faction locked.

Farseer Gor’kamp Axefang recieves a vision about Vulpera NOT being added.

Some would call it a boon.

Kill all mag’har with us then lmao

I hate you

Never before have I physically clawed my face because of a cinematic before.

There were a couple redeeming bits, like Saurfang picking up Shalamayne (which I keep typing as “Shalamaybe”) and Sylvanas fighting so deftly as an elf would. But then Sylvanas went full stupid and openly claimed her distaste of the Horde.

Just… give me something to smash now, I need to smash something because the story is just. So. Frigging. Bad. Has been all BfA. It’s like following the long-winded storyline of Edgy McEdginton in Stormwind who can’t handle character death so they just kaboom-and-poof when things get tough.

The cinematic was good from a technical standpoint. But the story elements make me weep, that we even have to have this cinematic in the first place is the most painful thing about it.

P.S.
Also, raising Old Gods? I wish I could laugh at that!

In all fairness; the Warchief did just cheat her Mak’gora, literally called everyone, including Pullo, nothing, and then buggered off - abandoning the city to whatever fate the Alliance and co. had planned.

I’d be [Ding, dinging] away, too.

Oh boy, Am I angry.

I wanted 1 thing in this expac, 1 thing.
