I can’t speak for others but Mythrios would not call for executions. Much like a lot of the kor’kron from MoP are still with the Horde, those that served Sylvanas should be given a chance to reform

I mean, Blizzard stated they wanted to wrap up the faction war story in BfA. This is merely something that was expected to happen, although not in this way.
