I’m completely indifferent towards Nathanos at this point but I do think that his snarky personality loses most of its impact now that he’s straight up evil. It’s no longer a subversion of the usual toe-kissing because he’s not on our side anymore.

Jealousy, I believe. Maybe he sees players like that one relative that is good at everything in life and he’s sulking.

That particular pathology is something I happily attribute to anime tropes of a certain kind of fightin’ fella alongside the deeply ingrained 90’s antihero even official blizzard writing clings to with the whitest of knuckles.
The real question here is whether this is an attitude of “my character is cool/tough/grim, thus needs to behave like this by convention” or a matter of organically arriving at the sarcastic snark via character development. Either way, the two behave nearly identically.
Much like how Cordana suddenly has a blood feud with Player, even risking her life to end them. Oh, who are we kidding? I’m absolutely correct in assuming silver fox khadgar broke her heart when he shifted his attention from her to us in the legendary ring quests. It’s entirely personal.
And Nathanos sees the ever hypercompetent Player trampling every challenge and is terrified that you’ll have Sylvanas’ gaze drifting your way. The bitter snark is coping. Little does he know that he is her backup body when we finish her off. He always was.
Anyway, worgen customizations are up.

On the topic of undead customisation: I really, really want some skeleton face options back that we used to have with the old models.
Willing to hand the barber some decent gold if he can take of my warlock’s nose.

You don’t need to go to the barber for that. Just say something rude to a random orc and they’ll straighten you out.
I would. But I would also like my warlock to keep the teeth. And you know how Orcs are with precision.
