Permanent Ban for "Abusive Chat"

I am both shocked, concerned and in complete disbelief. Just went out to get me some nice Gin Tonic so i can farm some transmog and relax, i too my vocation days. I get home - turn on the PC, log in, 30 seconds later im disconnected and PERMA banned for abusive chat. I still dont know the details, i can only trace back not being nice to a few trolls in high mmr RBGs. No insults, no threats, nothing outside of critique towards their abusive behaviour. Yet i am not only banned but PERMANENTLY…
