Nobody is exploiting if all players have the capabilities to achieve the same amount of people using the same addons - the addons are not even needed.

Please do more detailed research before you come to a conclusion based on a randomers forum post. You have given no offical blizzard link to the rule. All you have done is show me someones opinion which doesnt make rules official.
