Playing with friends/guildies or even communities will always be encouraged by blizzard. They wont ban premades.

This is called side-stepping a rule. When you know a rule is in place and you know why its in place, circumventing the rule is always intentional and in the game modes Blizzard cares about, always results in bans.
For example with reputations, you could choose one âThe Severed Threadsâ reputation guy per week. Some players figured out you could multibox and get multiple per week. The game gave them a very obvious rule - 1 per week - they circumvented the rule and were banned.
As another example, some players took Torghast powers out of Torghast and into Mythic Raids and used them to one shot bosses. The game had a very specific rule - Torghast powers only work in Torghast. Some players used in game methods to take these powers out of Torghast, circumventing the rule, to get an advantage unintended and clearly stated to not be allowed by the devs. They were banned.
The only reason queue syncing in BGs is left untouched by Blizzard is the same reason weâre now on week 4 of the season and you still canât earn Vicious Saddle progress from their brand new game mode, BG Blitz - its because they donât care about PvP and put in the absolute bare minimum required to ensure that it isnât falling apart rapidly, but not enough effort that it actually thrives and is devoid of degeneracy and degenerates.

Counting down from 3 to 1 to que together is perfectly valid. Says who? Blizzard. Is it unfair? Absolutely. Sync premading is lame asf.

They communicate the timestamp of when the que pops.
3 2 1 is just the 1st part.
2nd part is comminicating when the que itself pops and if the timestamp matches- then its the same instanced bracket for almost certain.

2 different 5 man groups are still in seperate que. Telling each other to accept the que is a lame but legit way to play.
I happen to make my own 5 man groups with the same people most of the time. We ran into delenis group like 5 times last weekend. Do you think we deserve a perma ban for that?

difference is the result between the teams:
âAâ being non-premade
âBâ for premade
Team A never met before, has 1 minute to get their sh together, form a strategy with the already randomly selected comp, and hope they dont have to many bums on their team.
Team B has infinite time to prepare BEFORE the battleground, filter out bums, select a proper composition, order stuff around like make people get flasks and strategy is dictated and respected since otherwise you wont be allowed to participate again otherwise.
Premades also have the power to control who stays in the BG as if you end up being on either side, premades can weaponize the report system against you.
And i dont think anyone should have that much power.
Overall the result is a very disrupted, onesided fun.
To say âoh we just say 1 2 3 and oupsy -dasy we ended up together, oh, no ;/, i guess we will have to win this one too and corpse camp the graveyard again, oh wellâ is like a killer blaming it on the knife doing the plunging.
Excuse my brutal example but effectively thats it.
