what’s the point in anniversary? i played this character for an entire year at my own pace, on anniversary you can’t even enjoy it after a year since it’s all going into the bin when tbc comes out

In anniversary you can actually progress with your guild through tiers rather than being carried by T3 people.

“carried”

like the entire raiding scene cant be completed by a freshly dinged group of 60s LOL

this is the type of person to raidlog and constantly demand changes

thinks the game is already so hard that you cant complete ragnaros without +50 dps from his worldbuff and pre bis

No, as

the point of Anniversary is TBC … hopefully TBC Era servers.
If not, there’s no point in Anniversary.

So yes plaese DO make new versions of WoW. I’d like normal & HC TBC Era and normal & HC Wrath Era servers.

Era servers, according to ironforge site, were 23k pop in peak. SoD servers and anniversary are 69k and 98k now, its much higher then was on era in its best times. People just like fresh servers, on era everyone is BiS geared so what’s the point to play there for long time

It matters not what can or can’t be completed.

It matters what kind of groups you can find.

I’m 100% sure you won’t find a fresh guild in Era which would like to start anew with enough people to raid. I might be wrong about that, but I never saw advertisements of such a guild when I played Era.

It’s already hard enough to have fun in Classic when 50% of players played it several times and know it all, spoiling everything. I have no idea who would have fun, farming (or even buying) gold to get a place in GDKP raid and being carried week over week. I certainly wouldn’t.

People who play Fresh are hyper-addicted, and don’t wanna miss out on anything.

Blizzard know this, and instead of jumping straight to TBC - they made Classic Fresh to make money from 1 extra year worth of subscriptions AND…

…giving players the possibility to transfer their character to Era right before TBC, which probably will cost like 25 euro lol.

It’s that simple. Business. They make money.

The allure of fresh is irresistible.
Just wait, once TBC rolls around Era will be popular again.
Until then, why not join us?

i dont think era is coming back
people are fleeing in droves to private servers

this sh!t is the same every single day.
sayonara blizzard
sayonara a$$ community

Now are you “threatening” or are you really leaving?

we’ll see :confounded:

Think of it like this. Many people want to playe vanilla classic, but they also want to playe classes that isent a priest healer or a warrior, mage or rogue for dps.
Sod is just a huge beta before classic+. They need to test stuff out and also se what works and not. I think they let all of the meme spec playe out in SoD exept for smite priest. They tested out to ad some new stuf in there. The did test the easy way to ad and also the hard way. They tested new ways of expanding crafting. They also tested new ways of catching up mekanics and in the same time they also made dungeons being meningful even after you got your prebis.

Personaly im tyerd of old vanilla class system and have enjoied SoD and looking forward to classic+.
But while i wait i will do aneversery to TBC.

you and 500 other people are looking forward to classic+ :unamused:

You have evidence for this? Actual documentation to prove the statement?

What I’m looking for is studies, surveys, statistical data from official sources that proves beyond any and all doubt that every single WoW player, without exception does not want to spend an entire expansion in Outland. No exceptions, the results must be 100% unanimous. If 100,000 people are surveyed, 100,000 answers must be in the negative.

I’ll wait.
