With tensions on the rise in the good city of Stormwind, I feel it’s apt to breathe one of these boys into existence once more.
All things Stormwind, from gossiping citizens to posters to a crier’s, well, cries. It’s all welcome here.

In recent events new recruits for the grand army of the Alliance find themselves murdered by void elves. This is sabotage of the Alliance on the highest of levels and unacceptable!
The victim was a Kul Tiran who was not even given a chance to serve the Alliance like he wished to.
More than one murder of Ren’dorei. REVOLT!
A Ren’dorei succumbing to their emotions and being slaughtered by a Kaldorei right in front of the good crier. This pains me to see. We try to be good allies, yet so many of my kinsmen do so little to create any sort of goodwill for our kind. We should strive to be better. Master yourselves.
Since the troubles with the void elven population have once again begun, a ren’dorei magister, and what is presumed to be his mage-guard have been spotted observing their people’s actions. Often intervening in incidents, seeking to smooth over tension and apologise to keep what little favour they still have with the Alliance populace.
[During the late Friday evening, posters have been pinned to the Stormwind’s noticeboards, the one in Trade and Dwarven districts. The one that put them up wore clothing that fully concealed their looks and swiftly abandoned the scene after the act, but an on-looker would probably be able to tell the person that left the posters there was most likely an elven woman.]
To those who advocate for aggression against the ren’dorei - have you for a moment thought what drove them to the recent murders? If you had treated them as equals and provided the support they needed when they first joined us, none of that would’ve happened. The blood is on your hands. Shame on you, Alliance.
Crudely-drawn graffiti appears on the walls and in the tunnels between Stormwind’s districts, brusquely and unequivocally demanding that ‘void elves GET OUT’, among other, less tasteful things.
A particularly fiesty Worgen druid, likely known for her distaste for the Ren’dorei, is seen speaking with Worgen and Kaldorei druids, common words in the discussions being “Ren’dorei” and “murder”.
An altercation occurred in the Cathedral Square just past midnight, where a worshipper of the Old Gods attacked an innocent man using void magic. He was quickly taken care of and reportedly transported to the Stockades for interrogation.
An ever growing presence of the undead seems to be forming in the Plaguelands with patrols of both Scarlet and Silver Hand knights being found dead and unknowingly reported missing. The Ebon Blade is undergoing an operation to combat this threat.

And the rightful blood it will be. You are stain to this world, nothing more than the dust under the foot. You deserve no place in this world. Only death awaits you. Or slavery. Either way, dirt under the boot. Nothing more. Deal with it.
A clearly written letter has been posted across various locations in Stormwind, especially the darker alleys
My Fellow Ren’dorei,
We are living in trying times for our people, surrounded by a populace who reviles the magics that shaped us in to what we are today. Can we blame them for their distrust? No. If we were on the outside, we would hold the same view.
We must not force our presence on our allies, nor should we seek to argue.
If violence is forced upon us we must seek the guard, not escalate violence, which creates more hatred towards our exiled country men, putting more citizens at risk.
Maintain balance, understand the common man, and rise above.

There’s a hastily written note stuck under one of the letters left by Magister Solarspite.
“Tough luck if the guards hate us just the same. Don’t take chances, kin, leave this city and leave Alliance territory at your earliest opportunity. Go to Booty Bay or Uldum, or any neutral area and make a living there. It’s a danger to remain here. The Boy King is a liar. The Alliance has never welcomed us. Save yourselves.”
Any and all posters and written messages regarding void elves across the city are removed on the night between Friday and Saturday. Instead, enchanted pieces from a scroll are placed sparingly in each district, reading:
If any mistreatment or suspicion of void elves plagues you, please seek me out by the Mage Quarter.

The paper seems to simple repel pencil, ink, graffiti and so forth, and other paper does not seem to stick to it to be pinned.
The enchanted messages are seen being casually disenchanted and turned to glimmering dust by a passing hooded ren’dorei mage. She ponders a moment, before bringing back the previous posters with a flick of her wrist, and leaving a new message on a simple note.
Speak as you please, but allow others to do so, too.
As the scrolls aren’t solely magical, the paper remains. Slowly, throughout the day, the new notes are removed. Nothing new is added, however. In fact, some walls are entirely freed of all messages by a redhead guard (who grumbles a lot under her breath about refusing to go out of her way for this nonsense).
