Aruuk would not take the Blood Elf's attitude kindly. Yet it would seem that he is not a type to speak ill of the Horde or of elves. He would try as best as he could to make friends, or at the very least comrades with the man.
Furthermore he would try to make some sort of base upon the island of the trees and the likes, until help arrives he would simply live on the island, offering the elf opportunity to live there as well.
Daha does not like the Draenei at all, and warns him not to stand in his way.
If Daha sees opportunity to escape he will escape, if not, he sit alone till Aruuk somehow finds a way to earn his trust. Daha's loyalty to Garrosh is very big, and so he will not cooperate with Aruuk until Aruuk is willing to join the Warsong Clan.

Fight to the death, doesn't matter what his chances at winning are. Not going to share space with a Garrosh loyalist.
"How well-versed are you with living off the land, human?"
Saerima would have no issue co-operating with Alin so long as he can pull his own fair share of weight. Be it through keeping watch when she needs to rest, aiding in hunting and gathering or building shelter and/or means to escape.
If Alin isn't particularly good at any of this... well Saerima wouldn't just leave him hanging, but she would prioritise her own survival above that of his. She'd be more than happy to aid him but only after she has seen to her own needs first.
Either way, I can see then holding out until either they find means to leave the island on their own or help arrives.

She'd probably be better off alone as Naxs would just give her sale pitches on just about anything, whether or not it being valuable.
"Listen Toots! This here might just look like any ol' coconut! But don't you be fooled! It is actually the coconut of Elune! Able to grant a wish to any true believer of hers! Normally its price would be WAY out of your league, but since this is an emergency... fifty gold... With five gold added for delivery."

Sit down and wait for the end of the World (of Warcraft)
Nimirah would try get off the island as soon as possible after exploring it and seeing there is nothing of interest on it. Assuming she can't portal herself away directly she would calculate the likelyness of being rescued and end up that the chance is very small.
She would try her best to co-operate with Saul but would he continue be apathetic about trying to leave she probably end up surprise attacking him and use his "life" to power a spell and see if it was simply lacking power. If that failed, she would build a raft or if the ocean was stormy, summon a dreadsteed as last resort and ride off.

Should Nimirah refrain from any dark casting antics, it would at least avoid direct conflict.
Beyond that, I imagine that Saerima and Nimirah would be very mistrustful of each other and really only co-operate when absolutely necessary. Beyond that they'd likely just see to their own needs until help arrives and/or they find means to escape.

Kuang would treat the night elf with respect and dignity, prviding what aid he can in terms of food and drink. And then, when he gets bored, he would simply take her in his arms and fly off the island on his meditative cloud.
Xirque would approach the Pandarian in a not so meditative way, probably walking by arguing with his Imp...when they in sudden see the Meditating Panda trying to fly off...correction, the Panda falling down from the sky's he lost his meditative condition due to arguing in Demonic. After this Xirque would need to ask for forgiveness...well...correction, the Imp will be ordered to ask the Pandarian for forgiveness as Xirque see it as the imps fault that the Pandarian weren't able to fly off...from there the Pandarian will probably hate Xirque and Xirque will make his own camp on the other side of the island.. As not to provoke the Pandarian.
Take all the available food on the island, decompose it all and wait until he dies of starvation. Then freeze the water beneath his feet and start his long journey in one direction, land has to be somewhere.
See if she can commune with the local elementals, if any, for guidance on which direction to walk for land.
Share this information with the death knight should she get it, and then the two proceed to waterwalk away. Sidari will likely hoard some food and drinkable water before that though due to her "disadvantage" of being alive.

Rizzo Nd Xirque on a island as this. Xirque would get his felguard to chop some trees to build a raft with, and let Rizzo design s fancy sail...that way they could sail back to the siviliced world (Silvermoon) On the way over the sea,Xirque would take tailoring lessons from Rizzo and pay him with enchanting Rizzos tailoring needle...
She would probably after several hours of admiring his beard A: Kill him or B which is more likely help him to get to safety five ways of which involve a piece of uncooked spaghetti or riding his felhound into the sunset. Most likely say goodbye to him with a beard stroke a salute and a kiss in his direction
"Proceed with your hunt, elf, for I shall be perusing the local property prices. Perhaps I can locate a cottage or a dimly lit oubliette to stay during winter, the Glades can be fierce during the colder seasons."
Wallace then meanders off, leaving the Kaldorei to her own devices as he goes to make the best of wherever they happened to be stranded, firing curses at anything that looks remotely irritating such as monkeys or pesky locals.

A safe assumption would be that for starters there's a violent confrontation between Saerima and the undead. Whichever survives it then proceeds to do the usual surviving shenanigans by themselves.
He'd argue for letting him live, since even off the island he is harmless(a lie), and if they are two everything on the island is a lot easier.
Either she listens and they work together to get off the island, Ronae might complain a bit as he isn't all that used to manual labour, but tries his best not to anger the large angry night elf.
If she doesn't, he is most likely dead within a day.
All of that is ofcause if he can't use his magic. If he can he'd fight till either is dead (Hopefully her) and then use her body in a ritual to either send him on his way, or summon a demon to do all the work for him.

Gibbles would certainly not object to an alliance of convenience.
Assuming neither of them can use magic on the island, the two would likely start brainstorming at earliest convenience right after basic needs such as shelter and a steady supply of food and drinkable water are secured.
I'm confident the two can get along until either help arrives or Gibbles manages to make a short-lived flying machine that runs on coconut oil or something equally crazy. Of course, it might require some patience from Rònae since Gibbles would call him "kid" all the time and not stop even if asked.

Part ways from the very start, and should they stumble upon each other it's a fight to the death. No way he's staying with a goblin anywhere near him.
Calork would remain calm and passive, and try to explain 'calmly' that he have no plans to harm the human, if Alin doesn't listen, Cal is forced to fight back, and either one dies.
If he does listen, then they could get along fine, working together to make a boat strong enough to carry both, and plenty of food for Alin.
