I don't see this ending well - for the Blood Elf.
Xirque might be able to talk Amariel out of straight-up murdering him once or twice, but she'd still take no chances with an obvious demonkind. At best she'd leave him to his own devices and cut off contact entirely, making way to the other side of the island where she proceeds to make do on her own until means to leave or rescue arrives. At worst she'll simply drive a spike through his forehead, burn the remains and then make do on her own.
I would just go explore the island and have time of my life while simultaneously being terrified about the fact that there is also an elf who possibly wants to kill me. But in reality I would just spend most of my time running away from her.
I would just turn into a revan and explore.
If it is possible to get back to civilization i would turn into a orca and swim.
Or just teleport to moonglade.
I would send a resque party for the warlock ofcourse.
We dont leave our allies behind.
If we cant get back to civilization while....i am a druid and he is a warlock.
That island will be ours before nightfall.(me controling nature him summoning demon, neither has to do manual labor)

Upon noticing another kaldorei, Terintha would be pleased. They will quickly work together to ensure each other's safety. Most probably hunt together, share stories and such. Pray to Elune and her children that reside in the sky, ask for blessings from Nature's Protectors and so on.
Then the train wreck would happen as Malaficus begins using nature magical rather... recklessly, claiming he no longer needs to do "manual labour". Rather disgusted, but Terintha would enquire. After hearing him out she would keep her distance, some damage has been done it seems. Successful here, but with an unintentional scar.

Takes the druid by the hand and starts wandering aimlessy, saying he knows how to get out the isle but ending in the same spot over and over and over again. For the umpteenth time the druid would go on her own, leavin Meat alone on the isle.
Specific details would be too terrifying, gruesome and traumatic for Rizzo to regale us with ... all we know is that when they were eventually found on the island after only being stranded for a couple of days, Rizzo was naked, in the foetal position, rolling back and forth like a ball, whispering "Can't sleep ... Meat'll eat me ... just like the robes ..."
Meat, meanwhile, was found lurking behind a nearby tree, whistling in a rather nonchalant fashion before informing everyone he saw a spooky ghost come out of nowhere, steal Rizzo's clothes, then disappear again. "Dis island be weird!"
A small piece of paper was found on Meatwall's person:
"HOW TO EAT GOBLIN CLOTHES AND GET AWAY WITH IT, BY MEATWALL, AGED 35 (I THINK)
Eat white Goblin clothes â
Poop out white Goblin's clothes â
Blame spooky ghost â"
The evidence is damning, but Rizzo is unable to press charges due to PTIâ˘SS ... that's post THE ISLAND⢠stress syndrome.

Oh dear. I imagine that things might start out cordially enough for Tethenar and Rizzwald. Tensions would start to mount, however, when the practically-minded Blood Knight starts putting the goblin's enormous wardrobe to use in the construction of shelter, bandages, and any other tools that may be needed. Rizzwald would, naturally, grow inconsolable at this abuse of his art, and soon turn catatonic with grief.
Forced to have to take care of the both of them, Tethenar finds himself growing more and more impatient and frustrated with Rizzwald's apparent inability to get past his grief and contribute. Unfortunately, honour would demand that he not simply abandon Rizzo just yet.
Eventually, assuming rescue arrives, Tethenar finds himself forced to carry the shaking Goblin on board their rescue vessel, all while this tiny green thing is going, "The horror. The horror."

Both being paladins, they wouldn't feel a need to avoid one another or to wait to see what happens, but would demand things to be clear and definite. At least Thethenar would.
Because of his somewhat arrogant attitude, Ternezia imagines hacking his skull with her sword (if she had any after the shipwreck), but at the moment she is left only with bare hands and healing powers. She decides to stand him and wait it all out.
They successfully survive until rescue comes. Food, shelter, basic necessities are provided for, although with some difficulty, but they manage. Strangely, there is no apparent conflict between the two.
Because no matter the attitudes and differences, both still have something in common, like an aura that surrounds them and helps them subconsciously understand one another. She knows very well what it is.

Razuun would be approached by Ternezia and her exclamations about being a paladin. He would simply reply with Draenic proverbs and sayings. One of which works well in Common, "Hollow vessels ring the loudest".
The draenei will ask for her assistance, but his display of strength, discipline and patience may make Ternezia wonder if her assistance is needed at all.
With planning from the both of them, they survive quite well. Razuun silently prays that Ternezia finds a more direct path to the Holy Light.

While on paper this would be a formidable partnership, disaster eventually strikes when Razuun and Peruuna are in the middle of a fairly delicate operation in terms of building shelter or something of the likes.
Just as they're lifting an extremely heavy ... erm ... thing ... of some sort ... the sunlight dances gloriously off Razuun's facial tentacles' brass bracers. The brightness catches Peruuna's eye, and as she looks to see what's causing the glare, the perfectly presented tentacles of the male Vindicator are framed in such a captivating and striking manner that it almost paralyses her. "By zeh Naaru ..." she whispers as her grip on the heavy thing in question is loosened ... it ends up falling and crushing them both. </3

Daha and Zankhaz confronted each other on the abandoned island, they talked, but the tension rose when they found out each other's background.
But because of the circumstance they agreed that they should work together to get out of the Island.
They easily survive on the Island because of their experience, and even managed to attract a Forsaken ship.
Once they arrived in Undercity they said farewell to each other.

Salarya manages to keep her comments to herself, and comes to the agreement that she'll work on hunting and gathering food if Daha focuses on construction and fire-work-
-though the Ranger would have a hidden back up camp set up, just in case.

Mork stands right infront of Salarya while staring intensely at her with bloodshot eyes, he inhales sharply as he reaches up for his massive bonecrushing mace and speaks in a relaxed, simple manner
"MORK NOT HAS AXE! MORK USE MACE TO GET WOOD! LONGEAR-THING GET FOOD? MAYBE MORK GET FOOD AND LONG EAR THING GET WOOD? MORK COLD! MORK WET! MORK HUNGRY!"
Mork would then proceed to run around in circles while chanting "MORK MORK MORK~" until Salarya made up her mind

Moltenhoof would look speak in the calm tone and with the typical tauren accent. "Hello friend. I will go gather wood for the fire and start building a shelter. Could I trust you with finding something to eat? I am not much of a hunter. " The tauren swings his sword a few times muttering amused "Never used it to chop wood until now.... " He looks back at the orc in front of him "I will be on my way. May the Sun's warmth always embrace you, friend".
Moridunum would look the Shu'halo up and down then would nod in acknowledgement of its pressence, he wpuld then proceed to create a portal to Darnassus for himself and his fellow lost compaignon. Once in Dalaran, he would beckon a Sentinel over to bring the Shu'halo to the docks and on its way back to Thunderbluff.
End well, all well.

starts walking away with path of Frost.
Cresela would watch Sariku walk away whilst sighing slightly. Then she would go and explore the island and it's fauna to see if she could find something new due to her curious nature.
Make a path of frost, take Cresela in his arms and heads back to the civilisation, while having the elf punch him in the face and screaming that she hates being carried. He then prolongs the path, puts her back on the ground and death gate away, leaving her to walk the path alone for being so ungrateful.
Ternezia would spend a few days attempting to cast Excorcism on the Death Knight, to no avail. Then spend a few days hiding in various places, until Uruk finally manages to approach her and the next few days are spent in convincing her that he wishes no harm.
She would still keep at a distance because of the smell and flies, but gradually the two would become friends because both are peaceful and friendly creatures. In the end they would leave the island together and who knows, maybe would stay together after they reach the mainland. At least Ternezia might become attached to the big friendly Tauren.

Well, both of these two are well-versed in living off the land and survival in general.
It all depends on how well the two can communicate.
Unless Idaris' dialect causes Isaryon to go murderous either on her or himself, the two ought to be able to establish one of two things:
a) That they're best off working together.
or
b) Borders. A line across the island on what is his and what is her turf.
Be it together or separated, I have no doubts the two could survive until help arrives or they find means to escape.
