Stranded with the above poster

A purple shimmer appears by Nina, a portal forms and Lilly steps through falling into the water. Although she is saved, it will be a while before she is recovered. Happily, the sturdy gnome seems to be delighted with everything and everybody.

Everything is so great. The food is great, Nina is great, the weather is great and the landscape is amazing.

When she starts feeling a little better she asks for something to read.

It's my one true addiction you know. The one thing I can't live without.

Nina tries to oblige her by bring in some pandaren scrolls. Lilly looks at them is dismay.

What? I don't want to sound ungrateful, but I can't read these. Don't you have any scrolls written in Common? No.

Lilly would then go on a strict "get better" regime until she was well enough to cast portals again.
Help her with whatever food is to be found around, while doing the night shifts for as long as they're stuck on the island. If they run out of food and she dies, she'll surely be ushered into undeath.
Regardless of Saerima's strong distaste for anything undead, I don't see anything completely terrible happening. It'd probably take a while to establish trust with Saerima stubbornly insisting she has night watch now and then - mostly for her own sake.

Provided the island has the resources for it, I don't doubt that the two can coexist and survive on the island until they find means to leave or rescue arrives.
I imagine it to go rather well. Using some sentinel teamwork to investigate the isle, build a shelter, gather food and start build a raft and Yleeria's owls does scout outs to see if there's land or help nearby.
They'd either get off the isle or be fine until rescued.
Make a death gate and leave the elf on the island. At least he won't have to stop her from killing him, or have to listen to her babbling about how he's an abomination that needs to be put down or some other crap like that.
Babble about how he's an abomination that needs to be put down or some other crap like that. When he creates the death gate, attempt to kill him. If unsuccessful, probably be killed herself. If successful, slip through the gate herself.

As soon as she gets through, spin a yarn to whatever Death Knights are there about Uruk's glorious sacrifice which allowed her to live as he stayed behind to guard the gate against an onslaught of ... something. The Ebon Hold would presumably allow her to leave.
(I think only DKs can use/go trough death gate? Not really sure.)
Huh. Stranded with another just as well-versed in living off the land as she is? Getting by is certainly no issue for two Sentinels. Assuming the island has all the necessary resources for it, Saerima and Elandris are most likely very well off in keeping themselves and each other alive, warm and well. And in good company, no doubt.

All in all, in the right circumstances and provided they don't set off completely on the wrong foot I'm not entirely certain these two would even be in any particular hurry to leave. Of course it would happen eventually, but still.
In the alternate reality, Daha sees Elandris on an abandoned island, Daha roars and starts to chase her. Elandris is faster and had no heavy equipment. Daha didn't give up and kept chasing.

Once she is cornered he laughs, he put his axe back, and walks towards her, and starts to beat and kick her. Bones of her got broken, one of her leg is greatly injured. She could barely stand on remaining leg.

Daha played and tortured her with barely breaks, because he know that this is the only thing he can do on the abandoned island.
It would probably involve a lot of starshards raining down on Daha's head the moment the Orc starts to show any aggression (Which, knowing the character, won't be long), making him regret his choice of helmet and forcing Kyrina to look out for herself on the island once the Orc is sufficiently knocked out.
Highly depends in Kyrina's approach.
Amnastaria is not hostile to night elves, but don't really like most of them because their bad habbit to look at her as a degraded elf. Either they will cooperate (though with little love to each other), or an enraged amnastaria would storm to the other side of the island, in which she will survive till help or escape opportunity comes.
Since we're both Hunters I'd probably propose splitting the island in two zones, one belonging to Amnastária and one to myself. We should have no problem surviving on our own and we'd have no reason to step on each other's toes until an opportunity to leave the island arises.
Idaris would be more than okay with the above arrangement.
This would not end well at all.

Idaris' accent and way of speaking will quickly lead to one of two outcomes.

It will either drive Tethenar to murder...

Or it will drive him to suicide...

Not a happy end, at all.
With a fashion sense similar to Alin's, I am rather sure they could co-exist on the island until either they run out of food, or until Cornelicus runs out of mana to conjure food, if he can even do that. Then it'd be a sad end for the two, nobody ever knowing how their last days were lived or where they disappeared to.
Mork would stare intensely at the human while inhaling sharply, he slowly walks over to the human and flexes his pecks
"MORK GREET WIERD THING; MORK BE MORK! MORK BUTCHER! WHO STRANGE THING BE? MORK STRANDED HERE, HELP MORK MAKE SWIMSTICKBOARD?!"
Mork offers his axe while nodding before pointing over to nearby trees
I don't it will be hard, maybe some communication problems at first, but in the long run it'd be fine and they'll be able to get away from the island.
With his enchanted flask, Isaryon will be able to provide a functionally infinite supply of fresh clean water for the pair on the island. While it would be very very distasteful to share such a treasure with the orc, needs must. It is extremely unlikely that the Ranger would simply abandon the orc while looking out for himself... though he would insist that the orc does everything he says for the purposes of co-operating in the hunting/gathering of food, and also in the building of shelter. After-all, surviving in the outdoors is something that Isaryon has plenty of both training and experience in.
"This is intriguing", Ternezia would think, but she would rarely catch a glimpse of Isaryon, because he'll keep to himself, hiding somewhere, like a shadow among the trees. She'll feel uneasy and wouldn't be able to sleep much, constantly aware of his presence somewhere out there.

For some time none would make the step toward any communication. Ternezia will pray for the sight of Alliance troops, but who knows when the rescue will come. Maybe never.
Upon arriving Xirque would try to put up his most non-treathening 'I'm only an ordinary arcanist' look, to get the humans trust, before trying to come on friendly terms, knowing that cooperation it's the key to survival. From there he would work with the fact that they might never get home and it's hard to say now, but as they would nd to rely on each other to survive there might build a bond between them emotionally and physically as well.
