I love it too. I remember it was like that on Defias Brotherhood before The Burning Crusade. Makes WoW feel dangerous and “real” in a way. This is amongst the things that makes World of Warcraft vanilla/classic great!

Honestly, I’ve skipped STV on the two characters I’ve got to the required level. Not because of the PvP, but just because all the quest mobs are permanently dead.

This. Not too much pvp either in stv atm since so many ppl focus on leveling, but everyy quest spot is camped like hell
I’ve forgotten what level you can start STV, is it 30? or higher than 30. Looking forward to hitting 30 finally. Only taking me 5 weeks since launch day 
30 is typically given as the start level, though I recommend 32. 30 is a bit hardcore
Yeah I thought it was 30, haven’t played vanilla in a couple of years. As a warrior I find it a lot safer to start zones a few levels above so I can kill 1 mob without dying lol.
Went to STV with 38 and I am glad I did. So many sub-35 players slaughtered by 40+ players.
