it sounds to be a transit issue between twelve99 dot net and your gateway on AWS or something

If i take Dalaran server IP and run looking glass from twelve99 transit in oslo it timeouts

the same LG run from Orange network in Madrid works as intended

Dalaran tested IP is MzcuMjQ0LjYwLjMzCg== (i have a friend using this server from Norway)

(i encoded lg and dalaran IP in base64)

the issue is somewhere in BGP AS 57976
if that can help your network team

Why encode it in base64?
Timeouts doesnt really mean anything. Many devices configured to not respond to ICMP requests.
