Same here, the status page says Mirage Raceway is up too so it must be the login server.

Unable to log on in retail or classic, only EU.
When logging in on US it’s working.

After googling I came in a 2016 post where it says this is a side effect from a DDOS attempt to blizz, let’s hope it comes up soon. The original post had 5 hours downtime ):

Same issue. Retail and Classic. Not happening on the PTR, so I assume there is an issue with a router between me and the EU servers.

Trying to connect from East England.
