I have the same problem on both retail and Classic, I am from the east of England
I have issues to, I am about 30 miles north of London
Same here North East uk (plusnet isp)
LIterally just finished my work/chores, got me drinks/snacks and it greeted me with ‘you have been disconnected’. /beg

I’ve played with Wales, could it be infection?
The same for me here in both classic and retail, their was a thread in mmo-champion more than a year ago mentioned that this error is caused by DDoS attacks, i hope they fix it soon and punish those responsible for it.
Same issue on Classic, trying to login into Noggenfogger. Error WOW51900102
