Stuck on quest "Return to Dornogal" from TWW recap

I’m currently doing the “Return to Dornogal” quest within the Recap campaign. After taking up the quest and coming back to the “Foundation Hall”, I’m not able to see the NPC “Merrix” to whom I need to report back to. If I abandon the quest, the NPC spawns instantly where it should be, but of course that I cannot report to him since I’ve just abandoned the quest. I went back and picked up the quest again, took back the flying book to the “Foundation Hall” and once again, I cou;dn’t see “Merrix”. I’ve abandoned the quest once again, went to the innkeeper, set my HS here, went back to pick up the quest, used the HS this time to come back, but once again, I’m not able to see him and report back to him to complete the quest.

Does anyone know what I could do in this situation?

Iv ran through the quests the proceed this twice now, im not doing it again, complete waste of money, cant even progress in the game….

Still not fix I was near the end of the quest line then nothing happen. Now I need to do it again as I abandoned it FFS. Get it Fix
