Suddenly can't login to Battlenet

I Have Same Issue!

Not Working…

This is ridiculous so many people have a problem to log into the game overnight and they claim that it is the fault of the Internet connection. My Internet is working perfectly I even contacted my intenet provider and they say that there is no problem and the Internet works as it did not have any problems.

I end this game because it is simply treating customer as an idiot and retard …

It’s not the internet provider issue. The issue affects 3 internet providers from 3 different countries. Blizz wants us to believe that 3 countries have exacly the same issue at exacly the same moment in time.

Yes,i have the same problem for 3 days! and unfortunately,i didn’t see gnomes for 3 days :c :sob:
i hope this problem will be solved soon
Merry Christmas in advance ^^

Are you planning to actually respond to people’s reports with any sort of update or is cosplaying chatGPT best we can expect?

This is actually embarassing from blizzard, only AI bot responses on Tickets. No update according to this issue. 72hours and still no solution not even an update according the problem. VPN works but CBA blizzards auto ban system will probably ban account for “account sharing”

This company has no connection to its playerbase anymore, lost its touch after lich king/cata

Greetings

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashing, freezing, or performance issues in the Battle.net game/app. Our goal is to help you resolve these problems swiftly so you can get back to playing. Please follow the steps outlined below, and if the issue persists, consider reaching out to the game forums or consulting with a local technical expert for further assistance.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Update Graphics Drivers and Windows:
Make sure your graphics drivers and operating system are fully up-to-date. Updated drivers often include optimizations that improve game performance. For more information, see our guide here: Updating Graphics Drivers. https:// battle. net/support/en/article/000031024

  2. Verify Game Files:
If using the Blizzard Battle.net launcher, you can verify the integrity of your game files by selecting the game, clicking the “Options” menu, and choosing “Scan and Repair.” This process can resolve issues caused by corrupted or missing game files.

  3. Disable Background Applications:
Close any unnecessary background applications that might interfere with the performance of the Battle.net App or the game itself. Learn how to manage background applications here: Managing Background Applications. https:// battle. net/support/en/article/000023848

  4. Run as Administrator:
Ensure the game has the required permissions by right-clicking the Battle.net App shortcut or executable and selecting “Run as Administrator.” This can prevent access issues that might affect game performance.

  5. Adjust In-Game Settings:
Lowering your in-game graphics settings can reduce strain on your system, especially if you’re experiencing performance issues. Experiment with different settings to find the best balance between visual quality and performance.

  6. Check for Overheating:
High temperatures in your system’s CPU or GPU can cause crashes and freezes. Monitor your system’s temperatures while playing and ensure proper ventilation. Cleaning dust from your computer components can also help improve cooling. For additional tips, check out our guide: Checking for Overheating. https:// battle .net/support/en/article/000031363

  7. Reinstall the Game/App:
If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling the game, restarting your computer, and reinstalling it. Corrupted installation files can cause various performance issues, and a fresh installation may resolve them.

Console Users: For troubleshooting related to console games, please visit Console Support. https:// battle .net /support/ en/article/ 000035299

Call of Duty Games: For issues specifically with Modern Warfare or other Activision titles, please contact Activision Support. https:// support .activision.com/

If the issue persists after following these steps, we recommend visiting the Battle.net Game Forums. There, you can find additional advice from the player community and developers who may have encountered similar issues.

If none of the above solutions resolve the problem, you might consider contacting a local technical expert to conduct a more in-depth analysis of your system and help address any underlying hardware or software issues.

Blizzard support is pathetic. They pretend like nothing is happening… For all of you that have the same issue - you can use VPN as a temporary solution. It worked for me.

Doesnt work for me :/, game loading - thats it.

Good to know I am not alone… Vectra Poland, Suddenly disconect on Friday and still dont work. Either battle.net app and classic/retail. C`mon blizzard do sth…
other games like Hearthstone works normally
EDIT: Hearthstone dont work also.

Ups! Coś poszło nie tak.

Mieliśmy problem z wczytaniem twojej zawartości

in polish u guys have same thing?

Same thing here.

I have English setting, but indeed, b-net app is not loading its content. It does so in a shop but I’m obviously not thinking now about buying anything.

I wonder. If we can play on US servers, then how come we can’t play on EU servers and it’s our providers’ fault?? xD

This is a answer ive got from GM

I’ve looked into your ticket and can see that the previous GameMasters already gave you the most information, We as Blizzard Customer Support can only assist with problem in installing the game or patching issues, All problems besides those mentioned are entirely under control by the Activision Team.

So activision now controls bnet aswell?

This is what I have pointed. But commenters here must have been trolling. US Starter works for me as well as PTR’s. It is not and it never was any ISP fault.
