Same problem, Warsaw, Vectra as a provider, problem started on Saturday 7/12 around 10 am. No fix found on the internet worked for far, I even reinstalled bnet app and the game. only Bnet and Blizzard games are affected.
Greetings from Ethiopia.
Same problem here, sometimes I can log in but there are heavy lags with almost 2 seconds delay.
I don’t know what to do but it feels better to know that so many people are rising this issue.
Hi here. Two seconds delay are just a glitch in a matrix. Unless you are not teleported back where you was, (lol?). Not funny for a player, yes and I feel for those who work on it, but I have weekend ruined and starting to get headache from anger management.
My name is Game Master Rhioscha and I have reviewed this error that has been going on a lot from this weekend.
I see, the problem has been a headache for some from this week, not necessarily from friday. And it is true that as you have mentioned, it mainly affects the players from those countries. We have addressed this issue and reported to our specialized team, however there is no current update on the matter and we are keeping our eyes about what is the source of the problem.
We’re really sorry for the inconveniences presented. we understand you want a quick and direct resolution but I’m afraid this problem needs further investigation and I cannot bring you an immediate response, at least not for now. However, even if the problem has been acknowledged. I still strongly recommend you to visit our forums to give us your feedback, participate on discussions or share the word across the many social media you have access to spread the word. As a community, your words and decisions are your best weapons against problems and we are always hearing and reading what you’re saying.
Looks fine to finally get any answer but it’s like pulling wool over our eyes… “We know that issue, we’ve been reported many times about issue, WE EVEN SEND SPECIALIZED TEAM because you are moaning too much” Like 100mld worth company… Come on, so many workers, so many people working for 20years in the same place and we are waiting for 3 days to fix issue that looks like some ways to connect are blocked and that’s all…
Support keeps making fools of themselves. I have described them this issue also providing lots of links to forum threads and this is their reply:

Having looked through your case, and after checking, please note that if you experience problems with World of Warcraft after patching, first check the Realm Status page to see if your realm is currently online. If your realm is online, try the following:
-Restart your computer to resolve problems caused by programs and services running in the background.
-Reset your user interface to make sure your files and addons are not corrupted.
-Configure your security software’s exception list to allow Blizzard applications to run.
-Configure firewall and proxy settings for World of Warcraft.

Taking a closer look at your request, I can confirm with what the previous Game Masters stated as they have provided the correct troubleshooting steps. I will provide you another one where I believe it can be useful as there are some extra steps:

-Make sure the necessary ports for World of Warcraft are open.
-Ensure no proxies are interfering with the connection.
Switching to Google DNS might help resolve the issue.
-Check if the router’s firmware is up to date. Old firmware can cause issues with complex game connections.
-Run a traceroute to ensure the connection between your network and the game server is clear.
-Perform a pathping to diagnose network issues.
-Ensure the Windows Hosts file does not contain incorrect entries.
-it might be helpful to request your ISP to perform a deeper analysis or provide a different modem/router to rule out hardware issues.
-Ensure there are no issues with firewall, router, or port settings.
-If using a VPN or proxies, try disabling them as they may interfere with the connection.
-Perform a security scan to remove any viruses or malware infections.
-Add Blizzard applications to the security software’s exception list.
-Ensure the router’s firmware is up to date by visiting the manufacturer’s website for instructions.
Reinstall the Game: If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the game.
I hope that I was able to clear things up for you a little bit, and I wish you lots of fun in your coming adventures. If you require any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time, as we’re always here to help. Until then, take care!
