GDKP, other RMT things, Gold Buying Selling activities are Core of WOW, They wont be removed from game. they keep game and subs active. I hope Blizzard punish them or do some actions against them but It is not different than expecting to see Smurfs, maybe one day… ^^
Suggest: NO GDKPs in SOD please do anything to make GDKPs not worth it to form legit anything please

becuase legit the best way to remove some part of the RNG from the loot drops
is just joining with the same-ish people each raid lockout
so if you dont get X loot when it comes there is a bigger chance for you get it next time becuase that person who needed it already has it
Joining a guild have always in reality been the best way, the only reason their way have been “good” is because of RMT.
The reason why I have almost full BiS is because of my guild and not having to compete for random items ever run with a new person who wants the same gear as me.
Edit: And im for sure not that great at being social myself ether so if I can do it anyone but the worst of the worst of them can do it aswell.

BUT all it takes is 1 person being salty and showing the mental anti social behaviour in a GDKP run : and with how much anti social behaviour they have gonna happen on the first “hidding/workaround” GDKP run ever

if we got rid of +80% of the GDKPs we have still won and the rest just gonna collapse

Uhm I am watching the situation closely as it is important, I know you are happy with this and I agree with you to some extent.
However, there is already contingency planning ongoing, so serious hustlers will be ready to continue in their distributions. But at least you will get improved economy situation.

if we get the GDKP spam in trade chat gone
there is a good chunk of it gone
that means a good chunk of gold buyers gone too no need to buy gold for each time they get a loot in a GDKP run
they not complety gone but more a 1 time buyer for like buy gold to get the mount and thats about it
but atleast its not repeatable gold buying making up the gold demand so high
so that means botters is also less in numbers now
and all it take is some mental issue person(as GDKP runners really show they have high numbers of by the amount of messages i get when i post anti GDKP facts) getting salty over some loot drama: like they got a gold buyer whale in the grp and unable to buy any loot and salty over that
so they just report that whole group and making that collapse
the only reason to defend GDKPs and disagree with blizzard for this ban is:
-you are a gold buyer
-a gold seller/botter
-you enjoy get benefits from other who buying gold buy you self dont but you still helping people who are “cheating” and indirectly buying gold becuase of that slipt that happen at end of a raid

Only thing happening is taking the GDKP out of the game and instead moving liable things elsewhere.
Gold buyers are not going anywhere, neither are bots. People will just use transaction channels out of reach for blizzard.
This is just me thinking theoretically and loudly, I disclaim: If I were really big GDKP organizer, I would try to strike a deal with boosting companies who will just sell raid spots, various items, work on PIA procedures etc. I would create guilds that would be linked behind the scenes. And I would manage them outside of wow entirely. You will not see any mention of GDKP ever more, but boy they will be raking in a lot.
And there you go, GDKPs become privatized POG guild runs. And there is nothing Blizz can do.
Why am I thinking that - boosters working essentially as freelancing staff for boosting companies. They operate within rules, while in game. Outside of the game, I presume there is no jurisdiction for Blizz.
And that is just the easiest solution, there are other more complicated ones but at the end of the day, the only thing that matters if cost/effectivity ratio.

you do know any gold traded flags you so if that gold seller gets banned or the person who traded you any gold for boosts or gdkp gets banned blizz can see you received it and can perm ban you ppl already have been a mage the other week got his 11 year retail account perm banned for boosting most money traded to him was gold seller gold they got caught he was flagged so you can boost and carry on gdkp but run the risk

And please don’t forget why the first GDKP-like ideas came to be, in the ancient times before 2010s. I was there, 3000 years ago… It was attempt to find system that would make combination of two groups: 1. well playing, equipped people who can bear their weight + 2. social, “I want to relax”, “Why you ask me for GS?!” players.
Its not a GDKP and there is dozens of ways to do it and people will be doing it, i can advertise on my discord that anyone who buys my linen cloth of AH(100g stack) will get a place in my raid and ill just funnel all gear to him. GDKPs in different form is staying and gray parsing dogs like you cant do anything about it
