As a necrolord and built the stitching area from what i have read online summoner gerard is suppose to have a quest to use visectus. problem is there is no quest and th eitem i need to build Anima bound Wraps are also not available to build.
im renown 6 and revered with necros and all buildings built. what am i missing or are others having same problem
