Surgeon Stitchflesh needs a little nerf

For this we need more data. As I said my party did around 500-700k dps, I assume your guys were able to kill one add faster and you barely had 2 adds up, while your team using defensives somewhat properly. My hps, most likely, comes from 2 adds being up for too long. I guess proper usage of spears is a must have here too but it doesn’t change the fact that the boss is overtuned.
Taking a look at the top M+ players, I noticed that some people can do other keys on higher level and/or fail NW or have it “much” lower, like the #38 guys having everything on +10 but NW on +7.

I’ll try to collect more data on my next run.
Btw, I did earlier +7 on my Rdruid and the first boss literally one shot me (the spell that summons the adds) at 4,7 mil hp without defensive CDs. The issue is that if I get unlucky and targeted 3 times, I am basically done. I literally have to adjust my entire build for this scenario or adjust the group for an external def CD. That’s not required in any dungeon so far as I could see. I am 100% sure we will see adjustments to this very, very soon.
