Sylvanas and Blood Elves - Inconcistencies

It’s Lorash and he’s an undead belf now. Also appears in the Battle for Darkshore, though I have not done the (Forsaken) version of that warfront.

That’s him yea thanks hope we see more of him though.

:poop: Sherlock? That’s was my answer to Kernns :stuck_out_tongue:

I still don’t found him…

I don’t see how I counted myself O.o

lmao, oops. Still, your own argument counters the point you just made, unless you meant it ironically.

I’m just reading off the gamepedia, it’s near the end.

They are sent directly to fight the Nexus War. And then, we see them again in the Argent Tournament.

For every front they covered, that meant one less worry for Sylvanas. Directly aiding the campaign in Northrend, doesn’t automatically translate into Blood elves marching side by side with the Forsaken.
Them dealing with some other threat already lightens the burden the Forsaken were shouldering.

The short story states that Sylvanas wished for the Elves to accompany the Forsaken into Northrend and that she demanded Lor’Themar send troops to the Undercity during the preparation phase.

It’s a minor tidbit so I’m not interested in arguing about it but given what was said in the short story it’d make more sense to see Horde affiliated Blood Elves in Vengeance Landing and not in the Borean Tundra.

The point isn’t if they were obliged or not, the point is Sylvanas’ didn’t give two figs about reaching any sort of diplomatic solution or the wellbeing of anyone between her and her revenge.
Either you contribute, or I’m afraid I won’t have spare soldiers to cover your back. Cause I’ll need those I’m currently leaving there with you would be an exceedingly polite way for her to tell Lor’themar what’s at stake, but instead she barges in, demands his soldiers and leaves.

“Send my exhausted people to find more death in Northrend, or risk losing Quel’Thalas to the Scourge once again.” From far away he heard his own laugh, and it sounded more like one of Rommath’s.
“There is no choice here, Sylvanas.”
The Banshee Queen eyed him dispassionately
“I will expect your forces at the Undercity in two weeks, Lor’themar,” she replied.
“I will not be disappointed in this.”

Lort’themar is left with the thought “We are no longer her people.” Like the orcs it makes sense for the Blood Elves to cherish the memories of heroes before they fell from glory, like Kargath Bladefist, instead of celebrating their current atrocities.

She is an undead. A Banshee. And was already quite ruthless and cold even when alive.
Wouldn’t expect her to walk on eggshells when addressing subjects like these.
In a certain way, she did in fact point out the obvious I wrote, even if doing so bluntly and without any kind of subtlety to it:
“Then you can hide here like a beaten dog if that is indeed your will, Lor’themar. Though if
you believe anything can come from it, you are a fool. Do you think Arthas will be content to ignore you whilst you wait here and lick your wounds? Do you think I will tolerate such cowardice? I would warn you: those who do not stand with the Forsaken stand against them. And those who stand against the Forsaken will not stand long.
For a while now my people have stood guard in these lands, and it is by my hand that you have any place within the Horde. You will aid us in Northrend, or I shall cease to aid you in Quel’Thalas.”

It really is that simple.
Northrend campaign demanded troops.
