How do i get this Tabard of Frost in phase 6?

My addon says it’s available in phase 5 but maybe it’s not, maybe it’s just in the game files
Atlasloot says it’s a phase 6 thing.
But as Ennea linked to and what it says, it’s a TGC tabard. WoW TGC was discontinued a very long time ago, and it’s probably just something they’re adding for people who got it on their retail characters.
Either that or they might create an entirely new way to earn it through in-game. Or a store option. Only they know.
But the history of it has never offered a way to earn it other than via TGC codes. (And ofc, BMAH, but that is a retail thing from MoP onwards.)
Ah right, now that I checked, they also have the Contest Winner’s Tabard in atlasloot classic. It’s definitely not obtainable. It hasn’t been obtainable since they gave it to 2 people per realm (1 horde and 1 alliance) for the most HKs on their server as they were about to implement the honor system back then in vanilla.
