Tailoring as a mage

Hi guys

Looking for some guidance.

Currently tailoring my way up to 300 so i can make the Archmage Robe which is widely considered BIS.

Is there anything else noteworthy i should do with tailoring before abandoning it for engineering?

Mooncloth, bags for you and bank alts, blue/green gear that is better than what you have (if when not fully BiS-ed out yet). Do note that if you are investing in revered in Thorium then in ~P3 there will be nice pants recipe there.

But this pant is BoE so anyone who are “Revered” in Thorium can make it for you.

Also, there’s Bloodvine set when ZG is available, So if you plan to drop Tailoring, you will have to re-up Tailoring after ZG is release i think it’s bis for mage. You can wear Bloodvine set without Tailoring, but you don’t have the bonus .

I think its not that important for mages, but its bis for warlkocs? Might be wrong tho no sure

Traveler bag is cheaper than mooncloth, soon they will be cost same as runecloth.
