I am tailoring 150/150 and I can’t find an NPC that will teach me up to 225.
I am at the expert trainer in Darnassus and I can only buy some recipes, the master trainer in Theramore says that I am not high enough yet. Am I missing something?

Go to the first tailoring store in Stormwind, there are two trainers in one room.
The one in the corner will teach you up to 225.

I had the same trouble, but the welcoming speech they give (the other tailoring trainers) tells you who to see next. But for 150 to 225 there isn’t an actual quest involved. So that’s why you might have missed it
