I need Fused Wiring and i created 10-20 target dummies but none dropped anything. I didn’t get a single drop of anything, not just Fused Wiring.
Is this bugged, or am i incredibly unlucky?
They seem to be bugged yeah, i recall them always dropping atleast something
A google search shows other people reporting the same as a bug report on the na forums.
And way back on Nostalrius. 
Tested 3 Target Dummies and have the same Problem, is there a way that a other player kill them in a Duel?
If this Bug stays its ab big pushback - because farming Strangle or Gnomeregan is very time consuming =/
