TBC was for me the peak of Wow. Especially Sunwell. At that point, imo, the game reached its greatest moment and it hasnât been the same ever since. Wotlk was good, but by then the âseeds of destructionâ slowly started to be sowed culminating with what became retail later.
Tbc also had the best raids, Kara is still fondly remembered by many as the greatest raid ever created.
TBC retains the classic environment with class identities and professions that means something while adding a ton of new features to each class to make some specs actually viable.
Itâs like the best of both worlds in a way. Classic with some additions. + Blood Elves are the best race in the game and I love the two starting zones for them. I can always boot up a new Blood elf and play through Eversong Woods and Ghostlands again.

Itâs crazy that blizzard hasnt acknowledged the amount of TBC fans, all it would take is 2 serverâs, which would make the world feel so alive as every TBC fan would be on the same server, PVE and PVP enjoyers.
Blizzard, you are crazy for not doing this.

TBC was just magical to me, leveling in Eversong and Azuremyst, going to HFP the first time and finding a whole other alien world. Stepping into Silvermoon. My first mount, and epic mount⌠ahh, thereâs alot of epic memories i have and they will always have a special place for me. This expansion is just peak WoW.
If Blizz will reboot a TBC server, iâd happily play on it as long as there is no level boost or wow token.

Itâs more likely that a TBC SoD will happen than a standard TBC reboot.
TBC is definitely way way better than ERA as most of the unviable specs became viable.
Paladin Ret + Prot, Shaman Ele and Enhance, Druid Feral Tank and Boomie. All these cool specs finally get a chance to shine in TBC.
Best memory of TBC Classic was Criting 30k in a Single Auto Seal Twist with Apolyon with my Ret Paladin. Seal Twisting is what made me fall in love with TBC Ret Pala, in Sunwell you pump hard in single target.

I could play an Alliance shaman. My paladin could get Corrupted Ashbringer. I could farm for the swift zulian tiger.
I could play a new Blood Elf Toon!

SSC must be one of the best raids. Thereâs so much to do in tbc if youâre locked/bored.
Easily my favorite expansion!

Loved being a Paladin tank in TBC classic
- Fun rotation.
- Gear farming, having to balance the need for mitigation and spellpower.
- AOE farming in Stratholme (before the nerf)
- Difficulty. Gear mattered. CC mattered. Group composition and tactics mattered.
TBC is classic+ for me.

Would start there as well. Just do not believe it will happen. Trade stock companies only do things, that net in profit and/or good reputation. It would be more realistic if someone develops an add on, that limits cata players to TBC content.
HmâŚmaybe Blizzard could develop multi-add on servers, where you are able to play the version you want and get a 1 way ticket to switch to later add onsâŚ
I think it will happen early 2025, and i think they will announce it on November 23rd, for the 20 years of WoW
