when did the implement race changing / faction changing?

Yea, in TBc is would cause even more faction imbalance and blood elf imbalance. So better not introduce it now.

Every Paladin would be belf because it’s the only race available Horde side if you want to make a Paladin … Belf silence racial in TBC is negligeable, most PvP players go Human/Dwarf/Undead/Orc. I don’t remember a single game I lost because of a Bloodelf Paladin arcanite torrent ON TBC, never happen. But I remember when Human Rogue/Mage sapped my Rogue and global me in 1 second, or when an Orc resist all of my Rogue stun.
The alliance will never die, because Human are one of the strongest racial in 2vs2 and 3vs3 (Undead is the counterpart Horde side). And Dwarf stoneform/Gnome escape artist are nice, not like Orc stun resist, but well, escape artist can create a difference between a win and a loss vs Rogue/Mage for example if you want War/Druid

The alliance will never die, because at the end of TBC, on WOTLK prepatch, they have the most powerfull racial in the world : A 3rd trinket slot.
Sure, there’s a faction imbalance. But well, we all know everyone level in dungeons because of crowded area if you do quest day one, so world pvp is not an issue before level 70. And at level 70, you get a flying mount … And at 2.4 patch, there’s Quel Danas, the infamous daily quest hub with tons of PvP … and guards that oneshoot you like in Plagueland. So honestly, I play Alliance on Classic, I will continue to play Alliance. Instant BG queue > all.
I disagree, it would help with faction imbalance but only 1-way allowed from majority to whatever is the minority side (probably alliance). I think there is plenty of arguments to at least consider this and would benefit both sides, certainly on pvp servers that are overcrowded in comparison to ‘how it was back then’.

And u play Bloodelf Paladin not cuz of the Torrent because of Seal of Blood? best way to lvl in TBC is spaming Dungeon with a Premade Group since u have so much Gear from Clssic u just blast
