[Technical Issue] Classic Era Free Transfers not working

UPDATE: all free transfers has been fixed!

Hi everyone,

I’m reporting this issue that is affecting the whole Classic Era community since long now:

All the Classic Era Free Transfers, both in the NA and in EU regions aren’t working at all right now.

In particular:
Era PvP > Era PvP
Era PvE > Era PvE

When attempting to use the Free Transfer service to move a character from an empty realm (not connected to any of the “main clusters” like Whitemane, Mankrik) to these latter, nothing will happen.
No options come up in the destination typing box. Not even by writing their specific names will solve the issue.

It’s broken since SoM transfers were open! Please fix!

Yeah I’d love to get my Warrior off Zandalar Tribe Era (which is dead because it’s in a RP server cluster?) to Firemaw. Doesn’t work :frowning:

Alternatively merge the RPPvP cluster with the PvP cluster. When I say ‘dead’ I don’t mean there are only a few players; I mean there is literally zero players online at all (on ZT at least).

I wonder if Blizzard has any intention of fixing this.

Bump! This is still bugged!

can confirm, NA transfers are fixed, while EU ones aren’t yet.

Did you get transferred, apparently US works but EU is still not working? I made a ticket a few weeks ago but my request was declined.
