Just finished a lemon & sultana Danish which I spotted ‘reduced to clear’ in Waitrose. And it was delicious - things always taste better when they’re cheaper.

Just ate some good lunch. Was delicious.
Put some tomato’s, minced garlic and olive oil in the oven.
Toasted a small baguette, rubbed both side with garlic.
Put some fresh mozzarella on the bread, spread the tomato’s on top, salt & pepper, little drizzle of olive oil and some basil.
The crunch was amazing. I want to eat it again.

I don’t shop at Waitrose often, but their bakery has always been excellent.
