Templar's Vindication conduit doing 20% less damage than intended

So was doing some testing and noticed that Templar’s vindication conduit is not hitting for 30% of the templars verdict / Final Verdict damage, as it states it should.

It was hitting for 11-34% of it’s damage on pvp training dummy.

And between 23% to 45% of it’s damage done on Raider’s training dummy

Posted screenshot so you can see for yourselves.

This is a pretty substantial amount of damage that are being left out.

Unless I’m missing something?

It could look like it’s doing 30% of TV’s BASE damage, but that’s not what the tooltip says nor would it really make any sense.

Is this whats gonna get fixed on the PTR, that other people posted?

  • That Templars vindication conduit now deals more dmg when you crit with tv/fv?

Compared to now where it only deals 30% of it’s non-critting dmg?

This has been tested by the community but has not been documented in the upcoming patch-notes.
