With the buff to the legendary and this fix to the conduit… i’m 99% sure that they will become bis for ret. 
P.S. What ilvl to do that 37k crit, btw? Had any extra pieces from the ptr?

My current gear on armory.
PvP trinket, Seraphim, Judgment debuff, Avenging Wrath, Final Reckoning and Mastery from Pelagos soulbind was active on both tests.
Undocumented like so many things these days.

After seeing your post I tested templars vindication on a dummy on live server 6 days ago and it was indeed fixed.
I just tried again after seeing low dmg by vindication conduit in BGs and it seems it is broken again.

Regardless if TV crits and does 10-15-25k dmg, the vindication conduit today is only doing 1.5-3k dmg.
It worked fine few days ago…
It’s fixed on PTR not live.
This will 100% be nerfed in pvp within days and rightly so.
Maybe conduit yh.
if this gets fixed, they will need to fix condemn convoke evis and all other stuff that actually makes some numbers
