what exactly is there to test? peoples patience? or are you stalling for next month when its time to resub?
By that logic: Hordes on all realms are paying their sub to let the Alliance play 20 times more BGs.
Glad to hear that you have first and second class players.
Phase 2 and TBCC tell another story but ok, whatever makes you sleep at night.
last figure in pvp servers for last week was 39/61 over all eu pvp servers. 45/55 is only in your mind. Check Ironforge.
How is one side having, on average, on pvp servers, 50% more players than the other side ‘equal odds’.
Copy paste from Reddit (this shows how you can present a figure as one thing but in reality it means something completely different):
Given that the faction ratio is roughly 60/40 in favor of the horde across all EU and US PvP servers, a 50/50 split of deaths actually indicates that alliance players died significantly more often per player (1.5x as much to be precise).
The math is fairly simple. Say there were 2000 players on a server (1200 horde and 800 alliance) and 10000 PvP deaths over the weekend on this server (5000 horde deaths, 5000 alliance deaths). Horde players would have died on average 4.17 times, while alliance players died on average 6.25 times. 6.25/4.17 = 1.5 times as many alliance deaths per player.
Blizzard’s phrasing is at best misleading and at worst highly disingenuous, and ironically their purported data shows the exact opposite of what they intended it to show.
I’m fine with sitting in 20-30 minute queues if you delete the disgusting premade abusing alliance can do with instant queues. I hate playing in premades and I hate playing vs premades, let me opt out. Thank you.
Thats not what it means lol ur not too smart are you?

Ok but that means 800 alliance was killing 5000 horde and 1200 horde was killing 5000 alliance which means alliance was actively seeking more Wpvp? are you seriously this mentally deficient
the real problem is you alliance dogs dont queue bgs els we would not have 1h queues, there is a ton of horde players that dont queue bgs at all, because they dont pvp same goes for alliance just at a bigger scale, and on top of that yeh there are less alliance players in total
You do know he just took ‘800’ and ‘1200’ as an example, not an absolute?
And it’s much more likely it means alliance was ganked by horde much more often in order to reach the figures
Why are you acting smart when the numbers dont matter? you literally said it yourself, looking to argue for the sake of arguing arent you?
you clearly don’t even understand how the bg system works if you think the queues are gonna rise to 10-15 minutes lmao
And where are we gonna get those “dogs” if they all migrated to the Horde at the start of TBC? We just do not have enough PvP centered players to satisfy Horde’s growing demands, because, you know, faction disbalance is a thing.
ratio is 45% to 55% … no need for horde to go ally
Just because you initiate a fight dont always mean you win it.
Not on PvP realms they are not.
Dont worry, the other side feels the same, my alt was only ganked by 70 or many hordE low lvls, never solo
Those are only active raiders numbers, it tells something but not everything
The problems with allowing same-faction queues aren’t wPvP based for the immediate present – This is disingenuous and obviously pretending that the problem is something else.
The problem is 4-5 months down the line when PvP servers are 80-20 because of Blizzard’s refusal to actually address faction imbalance.
I don’t understand how you can consistently make basic mistakes over and over. I don’t know what’s more frustrating here – the fact that you’re (almost seemingly intentionally) making the game worse, or the fact that it seems some players on the horde cannot see that their servers in a few months will be PvE servers.
Same faction BGs mean that there’s no point at all in rolling alliance for TBC. Plain and simple. Your game is going to die because you’re implementing these very low-effort solutions instead of allowing free faction transfers, for example.
