Thank you, but this is not for me

There is not really any difference other than it takes longer.

Your logic is strange.

These two points are contradictions you are complaining about last patch scaling in the first phase yet also complaining about a feature that wasnt in the game till the end of the games life cycle, so which one is it ?

While making it more relevant to play later, since TOC and TOGC was one of the most hated raids in wow history.

Also releasing unnerfed content, it wont make up for the ilvl increase most likely but still.

Sadly yea.

I loved ToC. It was such a nice change after Ulduars massive halls filled with adds. People complaining about SSC trash will love Ulduar

I mean this post is just, i dont even know what to say, 80% of his sentences contradicts his next sentences and every single blizzard choice (nearly) in wotlk has been largely majoritively supported by the community, it is amazing RDF enjoyers think their 100 likes max forum posts is more proof than a blizzard interview detailing the choices with like 10 or 100 thousand likes on it.

I dont know if i think buffing ulduar was the right choice, in my mind they could have swapped the raid tiers and made TOC a very short 1.5 month phase 2 and then a longer ulduar phase until ICC. That would in my opinion have been better, but i dont hate what they did either, they were addressing concerns that was clearly on peoples mind back in the original game too.

Why did you respond to me about all this?

Accident is the answer

I see.

Sorry, glad you enjoy LFG tool. Most people left already because of it, you cannot even set programatically a comment without causing a ‘forbidden action’ lua error, you must use hardware event to even ‘join’ the LFG channel which means being able to type something to it because LFG channel is read only for everyone anyway.
While it makes sense a bit to have it like that because OG wotlk lfg channel was completely useless, it made from LFG channel a world channel and most ppl spam it with useless things, and only gdkp mentions are sometimes banned. Funnily enough world chat is great tool to create sense of a server community, shame that you must be listed in lfg tool to use it because i guess lots of people lost patience when they tried to write something there just to see that they were auto-delisted probably when they left a grp that had nothing to do with tha activity they were listed for. So many protected things nowadays but the cherry on top is disabled comment section because you do not have account protected by authenticator. xD

The authenticator warnings on your bags and lfg tool clearly says “We know you will buy golds with real money, please do it securely so we do not have much work with it.”
At this point it would be better for wotlk to be free to play but with an option to buy godls.

The item lvl increase only makes the raid easier after you defeated it.

In pre nerf.

So it will be as challenging as it gets in the beginning and easier with time… like always?

People seem mad because p1 of wrath is just a joke. Naxx and every other raid is way to easy, same goes for dungeon content.

The only difficult content rn is arena, and most wont touch it cause lets face it… its actually difficult:

When content is easy, people complain, and once content is hard, people complain.

I remember the drop in players once aq released, and then another when vanilla nax did.

In tbc kara was piss easy and people complained, then most couldnt kill vashj prenerf and … wait for it… they complained, they quit. BT was too easy and boring, and then they quit again and complained cause swp was too hard.

U look for a challenge? Go push for gladiator. Theres nothing else difficult in p1 wotlk.

And when pre nerf ulduar is out, you can have your challenge, which probably will end in people complaining about how unfair it is that only “sweatlords” get all the hardmode ultra gear and that it should be more … well… easy.

U either like the game or you dont.

We get a long boring p1 because DF is launching, and they want as many classic players as possible to play it, cause they can monetize it waaaaay better.

Blizzard did that with classic all the way since 2019.
Thats why theres no classic only sub, thats why retail CS answers in a day and classic CS takes a month. Thats why we have content droughts in a game where the content is already developed.

Wall of text end.

You hit the nail right there, blizzard is only using classic as a tool to shuffle us into retail. They never offer people to try classic for free.

Is not.

Now thing is we’ll still Tackle Ulduar with 3.3.5 talents and specs which for some classes means they’ll be stronger than what Ulduar was made for initially. We had a pre-nerf Naxx currently and what happened? It was stomped through. While specs reliant on gear will still struggle others are still going strong since by the time of ICC it was their lack if scaling with gear that put them down.

Now the real problem is that while yes ToC was hated tier it’s still a tier so we’ll have two “Ulduar” phases and depending on how important ToC/ToGC 25 will be and how fast people will solve Ulduar will lead to a shorter or longer period of stagnation. Unless they speed up ICC but that in turn will just lead us to stagnate even longer by the endgame.

Original Naxx was stomped through in 3.0 talents and with T6 gear; it was always easy.

Ulduar hardmodes will at least offer some challenge.

T6 gear was still within the BiS and besides wasn’t Naxx already Nerfed on Wrath release?

Not exactly “nerfed”, just incredibly undertuned. Naxx40 was challenging (in the sense that mobs and bosses actually hit hard), but lvl80 Naxx was just always easy.

Ulduar was even easier, I saw people doing all bosses while just wearing a shirt.

Not only pre-nerf, buffed.

There speaks a person who has clearly never levelled in Classic. Of course it’s bloody harder, you’d have to be as blind as a bat not to notice.
