Thanks guys for the support (not)

Yeah thanks for moving my post to the community general board was such a huge help you doing that for me really amazing customer service, but oh what’s that no actual response why it was moved let alone any sodding helping for the actual issue.

(I feel I should add incase anyone gets the wrong idea that this post is hugely sarcastic)

Customer support don’t handle forum issues, the community team is in charge of that and the community team are on the general forums.

That said, there are some known issues with old threads that were carried over, but I have seen CM Aerythlea say that sadly there was nothing that could be done, something with the new discourse software that cannot be rectified.

You could just repost it and add the other people comments to that first post, instead of being a drama queen about it.

Well thank you Shammoz for explaining why it’s been moved now, tho it would have been nice to get an explanation before having to post here again.

And as for the actual issue well if that’s the case they did a shoddy half hacked job of doing it then which is appauling.

Mistakes happen, but i kind of think you are overreacting. I never experienced anything connected to Blizzard´s games,where they couldn´t help me in any way.
