You can still at least ROUGHLY pronounce their names, even if its not PROPER pronuciation
seeing stuff like svÆnn is annoying but you can still say, sven or svayne and people will understand UNLIKE

Edit, AND sometimes people see russian and the characters only come out to them as ??? so they LITERALLY cannot name them.
