I keep getting this rp text all over the game. Anyone know what causes it?

Part of the Shifting Sands questline. It’s one of the world bosses for making the Scepter to open AQ gates.

Like the above poster said, it’s for AQ opening scepter, now you may have the gates open there already but people are still doing the questline cus a few of the items you can get from it are pretty decent.
You won’t however get the scarab mount.
